FEBRUARY'S OJT LESSONS: A MONTH OF GROWTH

February might be a short month, but my OJT journey this past February packed in a surprising amount of learning, challenges, and unexpected growth. It wasn't just about the tasks; it was about the lessons learned and the person I became along the way.

My On-the-Job Training (OJT) in Lemery Treasurer's Office has been an incredible journey so far. I initially felt overwhelmed by the sheer scope of the field, but I've quickly discovered that the best way to learn is by doing.

From Encoding the Names and QR pins to Posting the Official Receipt.
This work may difficult but I enjoy doing it. I am learning by doing this work. From this activity I learned more and appreciate my mentor for helping me from the beginning.

Giving of Cash Assistance to Anabo National  High School and Muyco National High School with SB Member.
It was an honor for me to attend this kind of program. It was a memorable experience for me for being their photographer. I am happy to captured this kind of activity.

This was dedicated to reflecting on my progress and planning for the month ahead. I sat down with my supervisor to discuss my achievements, areas for improvement, and future goals. This was a valuable opportunity to receive constructive feedback and clarify my role within the team. I feel confident and excited about the challenges that lie ahead.

Overall, February was a fantastic start to my OJT journey. I've learned so much, both professionally and personally. I'm grateful for the support of my colleagues and excited to continue growing and developing my skills in the months to come.
